With 20 years experience as a communications professional I am well versed in handling that lengthy ‘to do’ list. Graduating with a BSc (Hons) Media & Communications’ degree I earnt my stripes in the PR Research & Reputation Management industry.  

A highly driven, reliable individual with extensive Administration, Research, Project Management and Client Service experience. I work consistently to brief with improved performance and commerciality in mind.  

Working in fast paced environments supporting business’ C-Suite means I have gained a wealth of experience of effective organisation and time management.  I am fortunate in my career to have worked with a fantastic range of colleagues and clients – often on niche projects – enabling me to develop a diverse skill-set.  

I am an experienced Virtual Assistant – specialising in Media and Communication. I offer a range of services to support you if you are time poor or just in need of a little extra assistance.
